Accommodation booking form: - Guest House accommodation booking form for official purpose (FORM-A).

                                                                   Guest House accommodation booking form for others purpose (FORM-B).

Booking procedure: - Guests are requested to email their Guest House accommodation request to the Register/any Dean/ Concern HOD/ Chief Warden/ Warden/ any Faculty at least three days prior, as recommendation of authority/person is mandatory for guest house accommodation booking.
